No child of the 70’s or 80’s can fail to remember Captain Beaky and his band !!
Thanks to Bishop Castle Orchestra and friends Beaky is coming to Craven Arms.
On Sat 7th Nov Empathy are pleased to welcome not only Beaky himself and who could forget Hissing Sid but also
Timid Toad,Reckless Rat Artful Owl and Batty Bat who decide to deal with that troublesome Hissing Sid. Along the way we will meet Jacques, a penniless French Mouse who inadvertently lights a candle in a drain and causes:‘Le Grand Explosion’! Dilys the Dachshund, who becomes a famous ballerina. The Snail and learn why it carries its home on its back. Blanche the Baby Owl learning to fly. The Ginger Cat who’s used up all nine lives. Desmond, A Duck adopted by a Fox. Ronald the Dandy Rat. Dennis, a Dormouse who hates noise and The flying Haggis.
There will be an opportunity for children to make a character mask from 2pm, £1 / mask, before this inter-active performance at begins at 2.30 pm. During the interval, the families of Empathy for special children will be serving refreshments and yummy home made cakes.

Entry is free but we will be asking for a donation on the door. All proceeds will continue to support our work and therefore improve the lives of those living with Autism Spectrum Disorders and additional needs in Shropshire.
