We though it was time to once again celebrate Autism Awareness month with a “little” walk and this time we are turning the Wrekin Blue.
Join us on Weds 19th April in your best blue fancy dress, jumper or even just socks for not only some family friendly Easter fun but also to shout from the ( small ) mountain top about all the is great and good about Autism. Everyone is welcome !!
The route is just a mile and a half each way and on clear day you can be rewarded with a view of no less than 15 counties !
As one of our Easter Activities the Enable Team will be come along to support everyone, every step of the way.
We are asking for a £10 ( plus 50p booking fee ) contribution / family and if you feel you could raise some sponsorship for us, the money raised will go directly to support the families we support in your local area.
We will meet at The Wrekin Car Park at 11am and follow the direct route to the summit. We will picnic at the top, there is a small cafe and shop at about the half way mark, and without doubt ! we enjoy some runnignabout fun with the playleaders before we head back down. We antipate being out for around 3 hours but this is not a race and we will do this together
