teamTrainee Senior Playleader.

This role is both diverse and fluid and has currently the most room for growth. We have vacancies in both Craven Arms and Oswestry for this role and will consider one individual that is prepared to travel.

The role will provide specific support for the 11 years + age group within the Family Friendship Group setting and provide support and cover for the Senior Playleader.

For all other projects there will be an expectation that the successful candidate can take the lead where required. For this reason we are looking for some ideally aged between 21 and 30 years old, with the confidence and ability to lead a team and sessions. Some planning hours will be required and included in this contract.

The ability to deliver sport to a mixed group is essential for this post, as is the ability to work both weekends and multiple days in the school holidays.

Trainee Playleaders.

Currently we are looking to expand the team specifically in Telford and Oswestry but also require cover in Craven Arms and for the holiday projects. Therefore we will interview for all areas however available hours may vary.

Across Enable the person matters more than the qualifications and we will consider anyone over the age of 16 years for these positions. Our playleaders must be flexibale and able to deliver sport, play and creative activities with equal confidence, flexibility ability to think on your feet, adaptability and ability to connect with the children and young people are all important qualities of a playleader.
